How do I book a flight simulation session?

You can book a session directly through our website using the “Book Now” button. Simply select your preferred date, time, and package, then proceed with payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. If you need alternative payment methods, please contact us.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session. After this period, refunds may not be possible.

2. Flight Simulation Experience

Do I need prior flying experience to book a session?

No, our simulations cater to both beginners and experienced aviation enthusiasts. Our team will guide you through the entire experience.

What type of aircraft can I simulate?

The type of aircraft we use is the mighty C172 with glasscockpit G1000 equipped.

Can I bring a friend or observer?

Yes! You are welcome to bring 2 guests to watch your session. However, only the booked participant will be able to control the simulator.

How realistic is the flight simulation?

Our simulators use high-fidelity controls, real-world physics, and immersive visuals to replicate an authentic flying experience.

3. Access & Passwords

How do I access my booked session?

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique door access code and your session details.

How does the PC access work?

During the booking process, you will set your own PC access password. Use this password when logging into our flight simulation systems.

What if I forget my access password?

If you forget your password, please contact our support team at [support@aerosimcenter.com], and we’ll assist you in resetting it.

4. Technical Requirements & Support

Do I need to install any software before my session?

No, all necessary software is pre-installed on our systems. Simply arrive at your scheduled time and enjoy the experience.

What happens if there’s a technical issue during my session?

Our staff is available on-site to assist with any technical issues. If a major issue prevents your session, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
